Conveyor and Material Handling Maintenance Supervisor /: Responsibilities/: Lead, assign, and supervise daily activities of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians, shift technicians, and external service contractors. Coordinate and execute planned Preventive Maintenance /(PM/) schedules, Autonomous Maintenance checklists, and Predictive Maintenance routines. Direct real/-time troubleshooting and repair activities during emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize production line stoppages.

Monitor equipment performance, machine efficiency, and key maintenance metrics, including Mean Time Between Failures /(MTBF/) and Mean Time To Repair /(MTTR/). Manage floor/-level spare parts inventory, track usage, log work orders, and request reorders to prevent maintenance/-related delays. Enforce strict shop/-floor Environmental Health and Safety /(EHS/) policies, Lockout/Tagout /(LOTO/)



procedures, hot work permits, and proper PPE compliance.
