Please Read Before Applying

This is not a website designer or web developer role. We are not looking for someone whose primary skill is building websites on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix, or writing HTML/CSS.

We need someone who thinks strategically before designing: understands the client's business, identifies the target audience, plans the customer journey, and designs conversion-focused landing pages that turn advertising traffic into enquiries.

Strategy comes first. Design comes second. Results matter.

About the Role

We are looking for a research-driven, conversion-focused Conversion UX Strategist to plan and design landing pages for our digital advertising campaigns.

You will study the client's product or service, understand the campaign objective, research the target audience and competitors, and map the complete journey from an advertisement to a qualified enquiry.

You will document your strategy, prepare wireframes, and obtain client approval before designing the pages using AI-assisted design tools. You will then collaborate with the advertising and development teams to launch the experience, track enquiries, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

This role combines conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX strategy, landing page planning, content structure, funnel design, and AI-assisted UI design.

Key Responsibilities1. Business, Product & Campaign Research

- Understand the client's business, primary product or service, unique selling proposition (USP), and competitive advantages.
- Identify the campaign objective, whether it is generating phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, form submissions, bookings, or other conversions.
- Research the target audience, including their needs, pain points, motivations, concerns, and buying intent.
- Understand what information and trust signals visitors need before they are willing to enquire.
- Review competitor landing pages, advertisements, offers, and messaging to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Ask the client relevant questions to clarify missing information before developing the strategy.

1. Conversion Funnel & Customer Journey Planning

- Map the complete customer journey from advertisement to landing page, enquiry form, and thank-you page.
- Ensure the landing page message aligns with the advertisement that brought the visitor there.
- Plan how visitors will move through the page and what information they need at each stage.
- Identify potential friction points that could prevent visitors from enquiring.
- Recommend the appropriate conversion path based on the campaign goal, audience, and offer.
- Ensure the page journey is transparent, consistent, and focused on a primary conversion objective.

1. Landing Page Structure & UX Strategy

- Develop the landing page structure based on research, campaign objectives, and customer intent.
- Define the purpose and content of each section, including headlines, offers, benefits, proof points, FAQs, and calls to action.
- Plan the information hierarchy so visitors quickly understand the offer and its value.
- Determine the placement and messaging of trust elements such as reviews, testimonials, certifications, case studies, and relevant credentials.
- Design the enquiry journey, including form fields, WhatsApp interactions, booking actions, and thank-you page messaging, as appropriate.
- Explain the reasoning behind each major UX and conversion decision.
- Create a mobile-first experience that is easy to understand, navigate, and act on.

1. Strategy Documentation & Client Approval

- Prepare a clear strategy document in Google Docs or a similar tool before design begins.
- Document the client's business, campaign objective, target audience, USP, and primary conversion goal.
- Include the recommended customer journey and landing page structure.

- Prepare wireframes or page-layout plans to communicate the proposed experience.
- Explain the purpose of each section, the messaging direction, CTA placement, and trust elements.
- Highlight missing information and questions that require client input.
- Present the strategy to the client, explain key recommendations, and incorporate feedback.
- Obtain client approval before proceeding to final UI design.

1. AI-Assisted UI & Landing Page Design

- Use AI-powered design tools to turn approved strategies and wireframes into landing page designs.
- Create conversion-focused page layouts that prioritize clarity, relevance, usability, and enquiry generation.
- Ensure the design supports the approved content structure and conversion journey rather than dictating the strategy.
- Maintain consistency between ad messaging, landing page content, and the intended audience.
- Apply mobile-first UX principles and ensure important information and calls to action are easy to access.
- Refine AI-generated designs to meet the project's strategic and usability requirements.

1. Collaboration, Launch & Conversion Optimization

- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align landing pages with campaign targeting, offers, and ad creatives.
- Work with developers to communicate approved designs, page behavior, forms, and tracking requirements.
- Coordinate enquiry tracking and relevant conversion events with the responsible team.
- Review available post-launch data, including conversion rates, form submissions, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Identify potential friction points and recommend improvements based on observed performance.
- Suggest and prioritize tests involving messaging, page structure, offers, CTAs, and user flow.
- Document insights and use campaign results to improve future landing page strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of UX strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page design.
- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear digital conversion journeys.
- Experience with landing pages built for paid advertising, lead generation, or other measurable conversion goals.
- Strong skills in user research, competitor analysis, audience research, and customer journey mapping.
- Understanding of information hierarchy, wireframing, content structure, CTA strategy, and trust-building elements.
- Ability to explain why each section and design decision supports the conversion objective.
- Strong written communication and strategy documentation skills.
- Confidence presenting recommendations and explaining them to clients.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and the ability to turn approved plans into usable UI designs.
- Understanding of mobile-first design and landing page usability.
- Ability to collaborate with performance marketers and developers on implementation and tracking.
- A results-oriented mindset, with an interest in understanding how landing pages perform after launch.

Experience in conversion UX, CRO, landing page strategy, performance marketing, funnel optimization, or product UX is an advantage. Tools & Platforms
- Research: Google Search, competitor websites, advertising libraries, and audience research tools.
- Planning & Documentation: Google Docs, Google Sheets, and diagramming or wireframing tools.
- UX & Design: Figma and AI-assisted UI or wireframe generation tools.
- Collaboration: Project management and team communication tools.
- Analytics & Optimization: Familiarity with conversion tracking,

analytics dashboards, and A/B testing concepts.

Experience with specific AI design tools is helpful, but the ability to think strategically and use tools effectively matters more than familiarity with one particular platform. This Role Is NOT for You If
- Your primary expertise is building websites on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix, or coding in HTML/CSS.
- You begin projects by selecting a template or designing screens before understanding the business goal.
- Your portfolio contains only polished website screenshots without explaining the strategy behind them.
- You rely on predefined page layouts without researching the audience, offer, or campaign objective.
- You cannot explain why each section exists or how it supports the conversion journey.
- You have no experience preparing a structured plan or strategy document for review or approval.

This Role IS for You If
- You ask, "What is the goal, who is the audience, and what should the visitor do next?" before opening a design tool.
- You can independently research a business and develop a complete landing page strategy.
- You understand how advertisements, landing pages, forms, and thank-you pages work together.
- You can explain the purpose of every section, CTA, and trust element.
- You can prepare clear wireframes and strategy documents that clients can understand and approve.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to accelerate wireframing and UI design without relying on them to make strategic decisions.
- You think beyond visual appearance and care about enquiries, conversion performance, and user experience.

Portfolio & Application Requirements When applying, please share relevant landing page or funnel projects that demonstrate your thinking, not just your design skills.

For each relevant project, explain:

- What was the business and campaign objective?
- Who was the target audience?
- What research or insights informed your approach?
- How did you plan the customer journey and page structure?
- Why did you choose the messaging, CTAs, and trust elements?
- What was your role in the strategy, wireframing, and design?
- If performance data is available, what results did the page achieve?

If you have prepared client-facing strategy documents or wireframes, please share suitable examples with confidential information removed.

How Success Is Measured

- Quality of business and audience research.
- Strength of the proposed conversion strategy and customer journey.
- Clarity and completeness of strategy documents and wireframes.
- Client understanding, feedback, and approval of the proposed plan.
- Alignment between advertisements and landing page messaging.
- Quality and usability of AI-assisted landing page designs.
- Successful coordination with marketing and development teams.
- Evidence-based recommendations that improve enquiries and conversion performance.

The goal is not simply to create attractive landing pages. It is to plan and design experiences that make it easier for the right visitors to become genuine business enquiries. Who Should Apply?

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in conversion UX, landing page strategy, CRO, funnel planning, performance marketing, or UX design focused on business outcomes.

If you can research before designing, think independently, communicate your reasoning clearly, use AI tools effectively, and connect UX decisions to measurable campaign goals, we encourage you to apply.

Apply now to help transform advertising traffic into better user experiences and more qualified enquiries.
