Role Overview:

As the Control Tower Associate, you will be responsible for managing real-time operations, ensuring workforce availability, monitoring demand vs. supply, and driving fulfillment efficiency across all service categories.

Responsibilities:

Monitor real-time operations including expert availability, job allocation, cancellations, and operational bottlenecks.

Ensure demand fulfillment and SLA adherence by coordinating with field and city teams to resolve issues promptly.

Plan and deploy workforce efficiently across zones to meet demand and ensure the right experts are available during peak hours.

Track and report operational KPIs through dashboards, highlighting performance, fill rates,



and key exceptions.

Identify supply gaps and collaborate with sourcing and training teams to address shortages and improve readiness.

Maintain process governance and quality by enforcing SOPs and monitoring expert performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Training, and City Ops teams to enhance tools, processes, and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in real-time operations, control tower, supply planning, or workforce management.

Experience in hyperlocal, gig workforce, logistics, or on-demand services preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboards.

Ability to manage pressure and take quick decisions in real-time.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience leading small teams is a strong advantage.
