Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage contracts for residential projects, ensuring timely delivery of services and quality standards.

- Oversee procurement processes for high-rise buildings, including tower construction materials and multi-storey structures.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during the execution of contracts.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in real estate industry, specifically in contract management or procurement.

- Solid understanding of contracts, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements for residential projects.

- Experience working on high-rise building construction projects or similar infrastructure development initiatives.

- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
