Role Overview

Lead pre award and commercial contracts across solar / renewable energy projects, with solid ownership of contract drafting, negotiation, risk allocation and commercial structuring.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate EPC, EPCIC, supply, PPA, NDA, subcontract and turnkey contracts
- Drive pre bid / pre award commercial evaluation and contract finalisation
- Structure commercial terms, risk allocation, liabilities, LDs, indemnities and payment terms
- Manage claims, variations, change orders and contractual disputes
- Handle arbitration, conciliation, adjudication and settlements
- Partner closely with Projects, Procurement,



Finance and Leadership
- Support contract strategy across domestic and international transactions

Ideal Profile

- 15+ years in Contracts / Commercial / Procurement
- Strong exposure to solar, renewables, power, EPC or infrastructure
- Strong pre award / pre bid experience
- Hands on contract drafting, negotiation and commercial structuring
- Experience with international / cross border contracts; US exposure preferred
- Strong claims, dispute resolution and risk management exposure
- Engineering or Law background preferred
