Contract Management Specialist Indirect Procurement
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 4 Years Corporate Experience with Amendments and Drafting
Qualification: LLB Mandatory
:
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for Qualified Services.
- Handle NDA, MSA, SOW, Change Orders, renewals & amendments.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Business Teams and Suppliers.
- Support contract negotiations, compliance, risk management and approvals.
- Manage contract repository, documentation and reporting.
- Ensure timely contract execution and commercial governance.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills required.
