About the Role

T-Hub is looking for a Contract Associate to support day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, billing, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting efficient finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and maintenance of financial records.
- Manage co-working billing, including invoice generation in Nexudus and reconciliation with Zoho Books.
- Support accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, payment documentation, and collections follow-ups.
- Perform bank, vendor, ledger, and payment-gateway reconciliations.




- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing analysis, and financial data reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support statutory, internal, and fixed-asset audits.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation, timely reconciliations, and audit-ready records.

Who We’re Looking For

- B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualifications.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and GST/TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
