Digitals Journey is looking for an experienced and creative Content Writer & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, who understands how to manage content and social media requirements for multiple clients and brands.

This is a Full-Time role involving content creation, social media management, website content, SEO content, client coordination and internal team coordination.

? Key Responsibilities

✍️ Content Writing & Copywriting

Create engaging content and captions for multiple client social media accounts.

Write creative copy, promotional content and campaign communication.

Prepare website content, service pages, blogs, articles and other digital content.

Develop content for Digitals Journey’s own social media platforms and website.

Maintain consistent brand tone and communication across different clients.

? Social Media Management

Manage and coordinate social media content for multiple client accounts.

Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.

Understand content requirements for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.

Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Video teams for content execution.

Ensure content is planned, reviewed and delivered within deadlines.

? Website & SEO Content

Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles and website content.

Conduct topic and competitor research.

Understand basic SEO concepts such as keywords, search intent, headings and content structure.

Coordinate with the SEO team for content requirements and optimisation.

? Client & Team Coordination

Handle content requirements for multiple clients simultaneously.

Coordinate with SEO, Graphic Design, Video and Performance Marketing teams.

Follow up on pending content, creatives and approvals.

Take ownership of assigned client accounts and content deliverables.

Ensure all assigned work is completed within the given deadlines.

This is a Full time position.

Candidates must be punctual and disciplined with their working schedule.

Ability to strictly follow content calendars, deadlines and delivery timelines.

Must be responsible for completing assigned tasks within the committed timeline.

Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising on quality.

Strong ownership and accountability towards assigned client accounts.

? What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years of relevant professional experience.

Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience managing multiple client social media accounts.

Strong experience in Content Writing, Copywriting and Social Media Management.

Experience in writing blogs, articles and website content.

Good understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing fundamentals.

Strong research, proofreading and editing skills.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Punctual, responsible and deadline-oriented.
