Analyse current political events, trends, and policy developments to assess their potential impact.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support political strategy and decision-making.
- Examine large sets of political data to identify patterns, shifts in voter behaviour, and emerging trends.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations to effectively communicate insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of research-driven content for public platforms, internal discussions, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with field teams and analysts to validate on-ground insights with data findings.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.

- Prior experience or academic exposure to political analysis, data interpretation, or research writing.
- Strong command over written communication in Marathi; Marathi typing is a must.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Interest in politics & valuable political knowledge is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
