About the Role

We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy, and detail-oriented Content Writer & AI Content Creator Intern with excellent command of ChatGPT and a strong passion for writing, research, storytelling, and digital content creation.

The ideal candidate should know how to use ChatGPT effectively to generate ideas, write engaging content, improve copy, conduct research, develop content strategies, and streamline content creation workflows.

We are looking for someone who understands that AI is more than a writing tool—it is a creative assistant that can transform ideas into impactful content when guided by the right prompts, research, and human creativity.

Key Responsibilities

1. ChatGPT & AI-Powered Content Creation

- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in ChatGPT for content ideation, writing, editing, research, and brainstorming.
- Create effective prompts to generate relevant, engaging, and brand-specific content.
- Use ChatGPT to develop multiple creative angles, headlines, hooks, captions, taglines, and campaign ideas.
- Refine AI-generated content to ensure originality, accuracy, readability, and a natural human tone.
- Use ChatGPT to adapt content for different audiences, platforms, products, and marketing objectives.
- Experiment with custom instructions, structured prompts, and iterative prompting to improve content quality.
- Identify factual errors, generic outputs, repetitive language, and unsuitable suggestions in AI-generated content.
- Explore AI-powered workflows that improve content quality and productivity without compromising brand voice.

2. Content Writing & Copywriting

- Write engaging social media captions, promotional copy, product descriptions, taglines, headlines, and marketing messages.
- Develop persuasive copy that highlights product features, benefits, and customer value.
- Write clear, informative, and SEO-friendly content for e-commerce websites and product listings.
- Create content for festive campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and special offers.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Convert complex product information into simple, engaging, customer-friendly language.

3. Content Research & Creative Ideation

- Research products, competitors, customer preferences, market trends,



and industry developments.
- Use ChatGPT and other research tools to support brainstorming and content planning, while verifying important facts.
- Generate fresh content ideas for Home & Kitchen products and consumer brands.
- Develop engaging hooks, storytelling angles, and creative concepts that capture audience attention.
- Identify trending topics and explore opportunities to connect them with relevant products and campaigns.

4. Social Media Content Development

- Create written content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Write Reel scripts, video hooks, voice-over scripts, carousel copy, Stories, and short-form content.
- Adapt writing style and messaging according to the platform, audience, and campaign objective.
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to turn content ideas into publish-ready assets.

5. E-commerce & SEO Content

- Write product titles, descriptions, feature highlights, benefits, and promotional messaging.
- Create keyword-aware content for websites and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Use AI tools to support keyword research, content outlines, and SEO content optimisation.
- Ensure all product specifications and claims are accurate and consistent with approved product information.
- Improve existing content for clarity, search relevance, readability, and customer engagement.

6. Content Editing & Quality Control

- Review AI-generated drafts and rewrite them to make the content sound natural, original, and engaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Check content for factual accuracy, grammar, repetition, tone, and readability.
- Ensure content meets the requirements of the creative brief and intended audience.
- Organise content drafts, prompts, references, and final approved copy for easy access.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in ChatGPT for content writing, prompt engineering, brainstorming, editing, and content refinement.
- Excellent written English and a good understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and tone.
- Solid copywriting, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
- Ability to write engaging, persuasive, and audience-focused content.
- Good research skills and the ability to verify information rather than blindly trust AI-generated answers.
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO content writing and e-commerce product descriptions.
- Ability to turn AI-generated drafts into polished, human-sounding content.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability,



and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple writing tasks and meet deadlines.

- A portfolio demonstrating writing samples, AI-assisted content, or creative prompt examples is preferred.
