Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Talent Marketing team. In this role, you will craft compelling content that highlights our brand, elevates employer branding initiatives, and drives engagement across digital channels, social media, internal platforms, and recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation &
- Copywriting: Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for blogs, email campaigns, newsletter features, social media, landing pages, and internal communication collateral.
- Talent Marketing &
- Employer Branding: Conceptualize and execute content campaigns focused on recruitment marketing, employee spotlights, cultural initiatives, and talent acquisition programs.
- Content Planning &
- Management: Maintain monthly editorial calendars, ensuring consistent, timely deliverables and alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder &
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing lead, recruitment teams, HR,



and graphic designers to translate key objectives into explicit, persuasive narratives.
- Optimization &
- Performance: Apply SEO best practices to web content and track performance metrics (engagement, click-through rates, reach) to continuously optimize messaging strategies.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in content writing, marketing communications, or copywriting (preferably in the IT/Tech or Corporate Communications sector).

Key Skills

- Strong narrative and storytelling ability with impeccable grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and social media publishing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
