? WE’RE HIRING | CONTENT PRODUCTION MANAGER – REMOTE ?

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Saturday – Half-Day

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Content Production Manager to manage the end-to-end creative production workflow across graphic design and video content.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency environment and be comfortable managing remote creative teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage Graphic Designers and Video Editors remotely
- Assign briefs, set deadlines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage the production calendar across multiple client accounts
- Review creative assets and ensure quality before final delivery
- Coordinate design and video production workflows
- Manage the process from brief → draft → revisions → final delivery
- Track team workload, capacity, deadlines, and production efficiency
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing teams for ad creatives
- Ensure creatives follow client brand guidelines
- Manage freelancers and external production vendors when required
- Identify delays and resource gaps and proactively resolve them
- Prepare weekly production and delivery reports

? Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content/creative production, graphic design, or related fields




- 2+ years of experience managing creative/design/video teams
- Agency experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative production preferred
- Strong understanding of graphic design and video production workflows
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Experience handling multiple clients and deadlines
- Robust understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives
- Excellent communication, organisation, and quality-control skills
- Experience with Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Ability to effectively manage a remote creative team
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC content trends is an advantage
