About the Role

CareerLadder is looking for an experienced and visionary Content Director to join our leadership team full-time. You will spearhead our overall content engine, directing multi-channel campaigns, mentoring creative teams, and defining our brand voice to position CareerLadder as a premier software training institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, direct, and execute the end-to-end content and storytelling strategy across social media, website, blogs, ad campaigns, and learner collateral.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate on-site with content writers, graphic designers, and videographers to ensure cohesive, high-quality output.
- Establish and govern CareerLadder’s brand voice, editorial standards, visual style, and messaging consistency across all departments.
- Translate technical software training concepts into accessible, engaging, and action-oriented content for aspiring tech professionals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key content KPIs (engagement rates, organic traffic, inbound lead generation) to optimize performance.
- Manage the master editorial and production calendar to ensure timely campaign execution aligned with admissions and placement cycles.




- Spearhead creative ideation for major institute campaigns, masterclasses, and offline marketing collaterals.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in content leadership, creative direction, or editorial management (experience in EdTech, education, or technology services is preferred).
- Exceptional creative writing, storytelling, copy-editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, content marketing funnels, and performance analytics.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional creative teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable creative strategies.
- Strong organizational, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
