EduGet and ImmiGet guide students and migrants; Vplace delivers workforce solutions for employers. We have branches across the globe and need a creative mind to speak to all our audiences.

The role

Plan, write and create content across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, our websites and AI search. You'll tailor content for India, the Philippines, Melbourne, Dubai, South America and North America, attract employers to Vplace, build our directors' personal brands, and bring a strong creative eye to Reels production.

Responsibilities

- Build and run the content strategy and calendar for all three brands, by platform and market
- Create employer-focused content for Vplace: hiring challenges, workforce trends, case studies and client success stories
- Research audiences in each region (students, parents, migrants, employers) and adapt one message into culturally relevant versions
- Learn our university and partner products and workforce offerings, and turn them into transparent, accurate content
- Create content built to go viral, using trends and regional insights
- Build the directors' personal brands: thought leadership, founder stories and video, in their authentic voice
- Own Reels end to end: concept, script, hooks, filming direction, editing, captions and trends
- Write posts, articles, newsletters, blogs, website copy, scripts, email and WhatsApp journeys




- Write SEO and AI-search friendly content on destinations, courses, visas and workforce
- Coordinate with global branches across time zones for local stories and insights
- Keep all content accurate and compliant with advertising, immigration, employment and education rules (no visa guarantees) • Track performance by platform and market, and improve monthly
- Work with sales, admissions, counselling and recruitment team

You have

- 4-6+ years in content creation, copywriting or content strategy
- A portfolio of content that performed, with numbers, including Reels
- Experience with multi-market audiences, B2B content and founder or personal branding (especially LinkedIn)
- Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills
- Strong video creativity and editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar), plus Canva; Figma or Adobe a plus
- Strong research skills and the ability to simplify visas, admissions and workforce topics
- Working knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Experience working across locations or time zones
- A can-do attitude: you take initiative and deliver without being chased
- Ability to join immediately

Education, migration, recruitment or workforce experience; AI content tools; on-camera or voiceover skills; additional languages.
