Role Description As a Content Designer at PSP, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining clear, user-centered content across digital channels, including websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with procurement experts, business development teams, and subject matter specialists to translate complex procurement concepts, MSME initiatives, and service offerings into accessible and engaging content.

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting audience and industry research, developing content structures and journeys,



creating and updating content guidelines, and ensuring consistency in tone, terminology, and messaging. You will also work on content prototypes and wireframes, support campaign assets, and contribute to the continuous improvement of information architecture and content governance. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, solid collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Design and Content Management to structure information, create content flows, and maintain digital assets across platforms.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Content Strategy and Research to analyze user needs, understand procurement and MSME contexts, and plan content that aligns with business goals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interview subject matter experts, and present content recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should have experience with UX writing or product content design, including working with wireframes or design tools in partnership with designers and developers.
- Candidates should have proficiency in English writing and editing, with attention to clarity, accuracy, and inclusive language suited to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
