Role Description The Content Creator UGC (User-Generated Content) role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on producing engaging, authentic content for digital platforms. In this role, you will plan, script, and create short-form video content, social media posts, and other multimedia assets that highlight PPStack’s learning solutions, career services, and digital offerings.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and academic teams to translate complex concepts into relatable stories, testimonials, and educational micro-content. Daily tasks include researching trends, brainstorming creative ideas, filming or recording content, editing, and optimizing assets for platforms such as Instagram,



TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the PPStack e-learning ecosystem. You will also track content performance, adjust strategies based on analytics, and ensure all UGC aligns with brand guidelines and promotes inclusive, learner-centered messaging.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in digital content creation, including short-form video production, scripting, and visual storytelling for social media and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to research EdTech, AI, career development, and digital skills topics and turn insights into clear, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in social media management and basic digital marketing practices, including content planning, platform optimization, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency with common content tools (e.g., video editing software, graphic design tools, smartphone filming apps) and familiarity with major social platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail, clarity, and inclusive language.
- Creative mindset with a portfolio or samples of UGC or creator-style content; comfort appearing on camera is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of or interest in EdTech, AI, data, and career development; prior experience in education, training, or coaching content is a plus.
