AskCruz is a US-based AI company building an operating system for raw material distributors: the steel, lumber and building materials businesses that keep the world building. AskCruz connects a company's emails, calls and systems into one brain the whole team can ask.

We're building our presence on Instagram, and we want a small, sharp team to build it with us.

What you'll do

- Run 3–5 Instagram accounts, each with its own niche voice (steel, lumber, building materials, founder content and more).
- Post short-form video daily, made with our in-house AI video studio. You plan, script, edit and publish.
- Write hooks and captions that stop the scroll and land on For You feeds.
- Build community: find people in your niche, engage with them, and start real conversations in DMs. Connection, not sales pitches.
- Test ideas fast (formats, hooks, DM openers) and report what's working every week.
- Follow our playbook first. Once you've mastered it, help us improve it.

You'll be a great fit if you

- Have run an Instagram account or page with a real following, and can prove it. Your own, a meme page, a fan page, a client's.




- Can explain why a reel took off, not just that it did.
- Write messages people actually reply to.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Learn fast and take direction well. We train you; you execute.
- Are comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, Canva or similar) and curious about AI tools.
- Can work 6 PM–2 AM IST for 6 months. That's US business hours, when your audience is awake.

You don't need A marketing degree, agency experience or industry knowledge. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you get

- ₹10,000 monthly stipend
- Up to ₹5,000 more each month, earned by hitting your KPIs

- Hands-on experience growing several accounts at once, a portfolio most interns never get

- Strong performers are considered for a full-time role after 6 months
