Vishya Learning Solutions is an e-learning and learning solutions company specializing in digital learning content development, content enhancement, learning management systems (LMS), and learning solutions for corporate clients, educational institutions, and skill development organizations. We focus on creating engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning experiences.
1. Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Tech/B.E. freshers to join as Content Executive Interns on immediate joining basis. Selected candidates will receive structured, on-the-job training in Articulate Storyline 360, a qualified authoring tool used to develop interactive e-learning courses. The role offers practical exposure to instructional content development, interactive course creation, multimedia integration, assessment design, and quality assurance.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesE-learning content development

· Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 after completing the required training. · Convert source materials, PowerPoint presentations, documents, and scripts into structured digital learning content.

· Organize content into clear sections, topics, and microlearning modules with consistent layouts and navigation.

· Support development of corporate training modules, employee learning programmes, and educational content.

Interactive learning design

· Create interactive elements such as clickable tabs, buttons, markers, hotspots, and scenario-based activities.

· Develop knowledge checks, quizzes, question banks, assessments, and learner feedback.

· Integrate suitable images, icons, audio, video, and animations into learning screens.

· Apply basic instructional design principles to improve engagement, comprehension, and knowledge retention.

Quality assurance and review

· Review content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, formatting, and visual consistency.

· Test navigation, buttons, hyperlinks, interactions, assessments, and course functionality.

· Identify and resolve issues related to alignment, screen layouts, functionality, and learner experience.

· Incorporate reviewer feedback and follow quality checklists, version control, and project documentation standards.

Project execution and collaboration

· Understand project briefs, source materials, storyboards, visual references, and development guidelines.





· Coordinate with instructional designers, content developers, quality reviewers, and project team members.

· Manage assigned tasks according to project schedules, priorities, and quality expectations.

· Maintain task trackers, communicate progress and challenges, and follow confidentiality and information-security requirements.

2. Fundamentals of e-learning and digital learning content development.
3. Instructional design basics and storyboard interpretation.
4. Articulate Storyline 360 interface, features, and project setup.
5. Slide layouts, triggers, states, layers, and navigation.
6. Interactive activities, scenario-based learning, and branching.
7. Knowledge checks, quizzes, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
8. Multimedia integration, animations, audio, and video.
9. Course publishing, functionality testing, and compatibility checks.
10. E-learning quality assurance and project delivery standards.
11. Practical assignments and project-based development.

The training will progress from tool familiarization and guided exercises to practical assignments and independent execution of development tasks, based on demonstrated readiness.
1. Eligibility Criteria

· B.Tech/B.E. graduates from any engineering discipline; freshers are welcome. · Interest in digital content development, e-learning, and interactive learning experiences.

· Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

· Good written communication, logical thinking, and attention to detail.

· Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and accept feedback.

· Willingness to work from the Malkajgiri office and follow the monthly rotational shift schedule.

Prior experience with Articulate Storyline 360 is not mandatory. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Candidates must be comfortable working in either shift and adapting to the monthly rotation. Breaks and applicable attendance practices will be governed by company policy.

1. Internship Outcome and Career Prospect

By the end of the six-month internship, successful candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to develop, test, and quality-check interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 in line with project requirements and internal quality standards. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and suitability for available positions may be considered for full-time employment, subject to organizational requirements and the company's evaluation and selection process.

1. Selection Process
