About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator to manage and create engaging digital content for our brands, including Mia Cuccina and Octaga Green’s portfolio of beverage brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, short-form videos, lifestyle content and current social media trends. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being involved in the complete content process — from coming up with an idea and shooting the content to editing, writing captions and publishing it.

The candidate will work closely with the management, marketing team and brand teams to build an engaging and consistent social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and short-form videos.
- Develop content around restaurants, lifestyle, food, beverages, events, people, experiences and brands.
- Plan and execute regular photo and video shoots.
- Shoot content using a smartphone/camera and ensure good framing, lighting and composition.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos suitable for Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Create behind-the-scenes, promotional, educational, entertaining and trend-based content.
- Develop simple concepts and scripts for videos and Reels.

Social Media

- Manage day-to-day content requirements for relevant brand social media accounts.
- Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Identify trending Reels formats, sounds,



concepts and social media trends.
- Suggest new content ideas to increase reach, engagement and brand visibility.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic copy for posts and videos.
- Coordinate with the team for timely posting and approvals.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Brand & Restaurant Content

- Create content for Mia Cuccina, including food, ambience, customer experience, events, offers and lifestyle content.
- Create content for Octaga Green’s portfolio of beverage brands, including product-focused and lifestyle-oriented content.
- Develop visually appealing content that maintains the individual identity of each brand.
- Cover events, launches, activations and other brand activities whenever required.
- Coordinate with restaurants, photographers, influencers, agencies and internal teams when required.

Octaga Green’s current online brand portfolio includes Invincible Vodka, Bom Bay Blanche Gin, Grenade Reserve XXX Dark Rum, Captain’s Select Blended Malt Whisky, Master’s Imperial Blended Scotch Whisky, Oaked Double Malt Whisky, and French Brandy brands.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
- Good understanding of current social media trends.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Good video editing skills using CapCut, VN,



Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and other creative tools.
- Positive English communication and caption-writing skills.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
- Valuable understanding of framing, lighting, transitions, music and storytelling.
- Comfortable shooting content on location.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple brands/content requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, hospitality, F&B;, lifestyle or a related field.
- Candidates with a strong Instagram/Reels portfolio will be preferred.
- Experience creating content for restaurants, food, beverages, lifestyle or premium brands will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable appearing in videos occasionally, if required.
- Should be comfortable travelling locally for shoots, events and brand activities.
- Freshers with excellent practical content-creation skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
