Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with over 10 years of experience in performance testing, specifically using JMeter and BlazeMeter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and a proven track record of ensuring the quality and performance of software applications.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Conduct manual testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a transparent and concise manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in performance testing.
- Proficiency in JMeter is a deal breaker.
- Experience with BlazeMeter for cloud-based performance testing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with other performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Java).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in performance testing are a plus.
