Project ExecutionProven experience of 10- 12 years as a Project Manager or similar role within the Financial Services industry.Strong knowledge of technology platforms, operations process and Project Management principles within a technology driven environment.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Team leadership, collaboration, and decisiveness.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results and achieving program objectives. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced degree is a plus.Project management certifications (PMP / PRINCE2/ CSM) are preferred.
