Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Warehousing & Inventory Management Consultant/SME with 5+ years of experience to support SAP transformation initiatives involving warehouse management, inventory management, EWM/WMS processes, data migration, process harmonization, and implementation.

The candidate will work with regional and global teams to support process design, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and continuous improvement activities.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA WMS/EWM and Inventory Management process design, validation, harmonization, and implementation.
- Support regional warehouse and logistics operations and align processes with global SAP S/4HANA standards.
- Conduct gap/fit-gap analysis and identify process standardization and improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and data migration activities.
- Perform data discovery, profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and mock/trial migration activities.
- Define and validate mapping for EWM/WM master data objects including:

- Warehouse structures
- Storage bins and storage types

- Shipping points

- Transportation lanes

- Handling units

- Warehouse product master
- Validate data extraction rules, transformation logic, mapping documents, and migration results.
- Support data quality, governance, standardization, testing, defect management, and business sign-off.




- Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU.
- Facilitate workshops with business SMEs, data owners, global teams, and implementation partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data, Finance, and other business functions.
- Support key-user training, capability building, change management, and adoption.
- Prepare and maintain mapping/validation documents, training materials, KDDs, and status reports.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations and SAP data processes.

- SAP S/4HANA EWM / WMS / Inventory Management
- SAP ECC
- SAP WM / LE / EWM
- SAP S/4HANA transformation/implementation experience
- Warehouse management and inventory management processes
- Process design, gap analysis, harmonization, and standardization
- SAP data migration experience
- Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- SAP Master Data experience
- Understanding of ECC to S/4HANA migration
- Testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SAP CWM/EWM/DWM
- Experience with Embedded EWM
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment
- Experience working with regional/global teams
- Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes such as MTI, S2P, and O2C
- Experience with data governance and standardization
