We are looking forward to hire SAP Basis Professionals in the following areas : : Experience required: 5-8 years Job Summary The Senior Solution Architect,



Digital and Transformation, SAP Basis administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of Client SAP and Non-SAP landscape. The candidate should be proficient in performance tuning, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, along with maintaining system integrity and maximize uptime. Working in a global technical team, the candidate should be flexible to adapt to dynamic environments, motivated to drive daily operations, recommendations and management of improvement initiatives across the landscape.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 level support as part of Global Technical Team managing multiple SAP systems along with Non-SAP components.
- All aspects of Application Life Cycle Management like installation, system upgrades, OSS notes, kernel patches, support packages etc.
- Identify problem trends evaluating performance statistics and daily monitoring to ensure the SAP systems are optimized.
- Responsible for database administration and underlying operating systems.
- Maintain the integrity of the SAP and Non-SAP environments by managing the correction and transport system (CTS) to ensure all configuration objects are promoted properly.
- Provide technical support for SAP issues like system dumps, job management, printer and spool administration along with enabling SAP user community in all matters related to SAP.
- Perform system refreshes, client copies and server migrations.
- Create and maintain SAP Basis documentation with regards to System operational procedures and instructions including changes to SAP landscape architecture.
- Adherence to SAP Basis on-call support.
- Liaise with cross functional teams and business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives while remaining current with emerging industry standards.
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

Education





- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Information Systems required

Work Experience

- A minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience required

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in a quick-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
- Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times
- Must be able to meet SLA timelines.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members

Travel Requirements 5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Shift

- Occasional on-call work required
- Prefer 12pm – 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
- Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
