1. Medecro.ai is building a next-generation Teleradiology Platform that enables healthcare providers to get radiology studies reported remotely by qualified radiologists.

2. The engagement will be flexible and study-based, with remuneration linked to the number and type of radiology studies reported. There would be No fixed salary for this position, it is based number of studies handled.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and interpret assigned radiology studies received through the Medecro Teleradiology Platform.

2. Prepare accurate, clinically appropriate and structured radiology reports.

3. Review relevant clinical information and previous imaging, where available.

4. Maintain appropriate reporting turnaround time (TAT) as agreed for different study types.

5. Communicate/report critical findings as per the defined escalation protocol.

6. Maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy, professionalism and patient confidentiality.

7. Use the platform's digital reporting and workflow tools for case management and report submission.

Eligibility

1. MD / DNB in Radiology (Radiodiagnosis)

2. Valid registration with the appropriate medical council/NMC

3. Good command of written English and medical terminology

4. Ability to independently interpret routine radiology studies

Preferred

1.



Experience in teleradiology or remote reporting

2. Experience with PACS/RIS and digital radiology workflows

3. Experience in reporting X-ray, CT and/or MRI

4. Ability to handle multiple study types and maintain agreed TATs

Engagement & Payment

1. Work Mode: Remote / Teleradiology

2. Engagement Type: Part-time / Freelance / Consultant

3. Work Allocation: Cases/studies will be assigned through the Medecro Teleradiology Platform.

4. Payment: Per-study / per-report basis, depending on the modality and complexity of the study.

5. Radiologists can take up cases based on their preferred time and preferred workload, subject to agreed TAT and quality requirements.

6. Payment will be processed as per the agreed settlement cycle and applicable contractual/TDS requirements.
