Eligibility & Expectations

- Minimum 1–2 years of post-PG clinical experience.
- Experience working in a standalone or independently managed hospital will be an added advantage.
- Confidence in managing OPD, IPD, medical emergencies, and patient follow-ups.
- Professional maturity, emotional stability, consistency, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Interest in building a secure, long-term professional association.
