Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound retired CPWD Executive Engineer (Civil) to join our organization as a Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in government procedures, civil construction practices, tendering, and cost evaluation, along with hands-on experience in reputed construction organizations post-retirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Retired Executive Engineer (Civil) from CPWD
- Minimum 20–25 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Currently associated (post-retirement) as a consultant Engineer with reputed organisations
- Strong knowledge of civil tendering, BOQ preparation, and contract management
- Good understanding of market rates, SOR, and cost benchmarking
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed engineering institution

Technically strong with good analytical and decision-making skills

Age Criteria:

Between 60 to 70 years

Work Requirements:





- Willing to work 2 days per week at Head Office, Kottayam

Available for site visits if required

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in CPWD manuals, IS codes, and standard specifications
- Experience in large-scale institutional, commercial, or government projects
- Robust communication and mentoring ability

Basic knowledge of modern construction tools/software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.)

Additional Value (Added):

- Ability to train and mentor junior engineers
- Exposure to value engineering and cost-saving techniques

Experience in handling government approvals and inspections Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
