- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural construction, supervision, and inspection activities.
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certification (Mandatory).

Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in FPSO construction projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in offshore yards, marine construction, shipbuilding, topside/module fabrication, jacket fabrication, or offshore platform projects will be considered.
- Previous experience as a Structural Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, QA/QC Inspector, or Structural Inspector .
- Robust exposure to structural steel fabrication, assembly, erection, and welding activities.
- Experience working in fabrication yards, module yards, integration yards, or shipyards.
