About the Role

We are looking for a

Construction Project Engineer – Data Center to support data center construction, fit-out, retrofit, and infrastructure improvement projects. The role involves coordinating contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure secure, high-quality, and timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate data center construction, fit-out, retrofit, and infrastructure improvement projects.

- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, invoices, and KPIs.

- Review construction drawings, engineering documentation, site plans, and technical designs.

- Support resource planning, material procurement, and contractor management.

- Identify project risks, track issues, and support mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards, security requirements, and applicable regulations.

- Track project progress and communicate status, risks,



and performance metrics to stakeholders.

- Support change management, vendor selection, RFPs, and project approval processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project experience.

- Good understanding of construction planning, project coordination, cost control, and schedule management.

- Strong stakeholder coordination and vendor management skills.

- Proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience working on data center projects.

- Experience in data center construction, fit-outs, retrofits, or critical infrastructure projects.

- Exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination, construction safety, and quality management.
