ob Title: Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities from start to completion.
- Site Supervision: Regularly inspect construction sites and ensure work is progressing according to the plan.
- Worker Management: Supervise workers, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors and assign responsibilities.
- Work Progress: Monitor daily construction progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction work meets the required quality standards and approved specifications.
- Material Management: Monitor construction materials, stock availability, purchases, and wastage.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and prevent unnecessary costs and budget overruns.
- Safety Management: Ensure workers follow construction site safety rules and procedures.
- Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other departments.
- Problem Solving: Identify construction issues and arrange timely solutions.
- Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality and progress of construction work.
- Reporting: Submit daily and weekly progress reports, including completed work, pending work, material requirements, expenses, and delays, to the MD.
- Deadline Management:



Ensure all construction activities are completed within the approved project schedule.
- Documentation: Maintain construction records, bills, material usage details, and contractor work reports.
- Management Approval: Obtain approval from the MD before making major changes to the project plan, budget, or material purchases.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in construction management or site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to monitor budgets, project timelines, and work quality.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and project planning.
- Ability to identify problems and take corrective action.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
