We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of residential and commercial construction projects in Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in civil construction, site supervision, contractor management, quality control and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities.

- Oversee RCC, structural and civil construction work.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors.

- Manage site engineers, supervisors and labour teams.

- Monitor project schedules, budgets and material procurement.

- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance and timely project completion.

- Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.





- Maintain site progress reports and project documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma with equivalent experience.

- 5–10 years of relevant construction site management experience.

- Experience in residential, township or commercial building projects.

- Strong knowledge of RCC, construction materials and structural drawings.

- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera and MS Excel.

- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
