Position: Construction Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar / Rambha

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
- Review construction schedules and take corrective action to avoid project delays.
- Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely execution of assigned work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.




- Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of building construction methods and civil engineering practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of project planning, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple construction activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
