Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and govern configuration management processes and supporting configuration data within ServiceNow.

- Ensure CMDB records, relationships, ownership, and lifecycle information remain accurate and complete.

- Investigate configuration data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant technology teams.

- Support audits, reporting, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement of configuration management practices.

- Coordinate activities across multi-partner teams operating in geographically dispersed and cross-cultural environments.

Skills Required:

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in configuration management.





- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and configuration management processes.

- Strong understanding of CMDB structures, configuration items, relationships, ownership, and data governance.

- Ability to analyze complex configuration issues and present findings and recommendations clearly.

- Experience working in IT service management environments, with ITIL certification required.

Positive to Have

- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Education:

B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Information Technology or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
