Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, including Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (PF), Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI), etc.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records of employee data for PF and ESIC purposes.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF registration, ESI registration, license renewals, returns filing, etc.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance matters to employees and resolve any queries or issues related to statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in compliance management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in Compliance Management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Finance or B.Com in HR).
- Robust understanding of Indian labor laws, particularly PF & ESIC regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with various departments within the organization.
