Role Description The Company Security Guard (Junior) role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs to ensure only authorized personnel access company premises.

The Security

Guard conducts regular patrols, observes and reports any suspicious activity or safety hazards, and supports emergency response procedures under the guidance of senior security staff. Daily responsibilities include assisting employees and visitors with directions, providing courteous customer service,



and following established security protocols and documentation requirements. The role also involves cooperating with internal teams and external agencies as needed to support a safe and secure work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security and Private Security, including access control, patrolling, and basic incident response.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Personnel Security practices, including identity verification and adherence to company security policies.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures, emergency protocols, and incident reporting is beneficial.
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods, handle routine tasks diligently, and respond calmly under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in security or related fields is an advantage but not always required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
