Role & responsibilities

- Assist with daily production activities and monitor processes.

- Support quality checks and documentation under supervision.

- Learn and apply 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.

- Coordinate with store and purchase teams for material handling.

- Prepare basic MIS reports and assist in data entry for ERP systems.

- Participate in safety and compliance training sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

- Freshers welcome; prior internship/project experience in manufacturing is a plus.

- Strong interest in production, quality, and operational excellence.

- Positive communication and willingness to learn.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
