Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Company Secretary (CS) Fresher with a valid ICSI Membership Number to join our organization. The candidate will assist in ensuring statutory compliance, corporate governance, and proper maintenance of company records as per applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, minutes of Board Meetings, and General Meetings.
- Assist in organizing Board Meetings, committee meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Support the preparation of Board resolutions, notices, agendas, minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor statutory compliance deadlines and maintain compliance trackers.
- Assist in maintaining corporate governance standards and ensuring timely completion of statutory obligations.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Must have a valid ICSI Membership Number.
- Freshers who have recently qualified and obtained their membership are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA filings, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, documentation, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
