Role Description The Community Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for nurturing and expanding HighQ Consultancy’s learner and partner communities. This role involves planning and executing community events, workshops, and meetups, both within the organization and with external stakeholders.

The Community

Coordinator will manage day-to-day engagement across online and offline channels, respond to community queries, and facilitate meaningful connections among students, freelancers, and travel businesses. Additional responsibilities include coordinating outreach campaigns,



gathering feedback to improve community programs, and collaborating with internal teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals. The role requires consistent on-site presence to support events, maintain strong local relationships, and ensure a high-quality experience for community members.

Qualifications

- Strong community-focused skills, including Community Engagement and Community Outreach.
- Experience with Community Organizing and coordinating collaborative initiatives across diverse groups.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with varied audiences.
- Proficiency in Event Planning, with experience organizing workshops, meetups, or networking events.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, freelancers, and business stakeholders in the travel sector.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events and engagement activities simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or Social Sciences) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in community management, customer success, or events within education, travel, or technology sectors is an advantage.
