- Draft professional emails, quotations, commercial letters, and business proposals.

- Handle tender documentation, GeM portal activities, vendor registrations, and compliance requirements.

- Prepare price offers, rate revisions, freight calculations, and commercial negotiations.

- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and senior management.

- Monitor purchase orders, dispatches, delivery schedules, and order completion.

- Handle customer complaints, quality-related issues, and commercial discrepancies.

- Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, and performance certificates.

- Maintain Excel trackers, commercial records, and management reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.





- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.

- Understanding of commercial documentation, tenders, quotations, and purchase orders.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience: Experience in industrial manufacturing, B2B sales coordination, commercial operations, or tender management will be an advantage.
