- Weigh, measure, and prep ingredients (flour, sugar, butter, fruits) for daily pastry and bakery production.
- Assist in mixing doughs, baking breads, pastries, and cakes, and help with basic piping and dessert plating.
- Keep the pastry station, counters, ovens, and tools clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Help monitor stock levels, rotate goods, label stored items, and track expiration dates.
- Follow strict HACCP, local health, and safety standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
