COMMIS CHEF – LEVEL 1

Job Summary

We are looking for a Commis Chef – Level 1 to support the kitchen and beverage operations at Jumeira Juice Centre.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of Commis Level 3 and assist with food preparation, beverage preparation, cleanliness, kitchen organization and day-to-day operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Commis Level 3 in daily kitchen operations.
- Assist in the preparation of food and non-vegetarian snacks.
- Assist in preparing:
- Shikanji
- Lassi
- Milkshakes
- Fruit Juices
- Perform basic preparation and mise-en-place activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and preparation areas.
- Wash, clean and organize kitchen utensils and equipment as required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support inventory and stock-related activities.
- Reduce unnecessary food wastage.
- Follow instructions given by Commis Level 3 and the Chef/Management.




- Maintain discipline, punctuality and professional conduct.
- Assist the senior kitchen staff during peak business hours.

Reporting Reports/Works under: Commis Chef – Level 3

Working Hours

4:00 PM onwards – Late Night The shift may extend up to approximately 2:00 AM, depending upon operational requirements.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month

- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.

- Prior kitchen/restaurant experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
