Job Title: Commis Chef – Asian / Chinese Cuisine (Catering)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a catering company in Gurgaon looking for a Commis Chef with valuable experience in Asian and Chinese cooking.

Responsibilities:

- Cook Chinese, Thai and Pan-Asian dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, dim sum, Thai curries, sauces)
- Bulk cooking for events, parties and large orders
- Daily prep: chopping, marination and mise en place
- Maintain the same taste and quality in every batch
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow hygiene and FSSAI standards

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in a Chinese or Asian kitchen
- Good wok handling and knife skills
- Comfortable with bulk cooking and late event hours
- Trained freshers can also apply
