About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing skilled property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We work across residential and commercial real estate, helping clients find suitable properties and supporting them throughout the transaction process.

We are looking for a Commercial Team Leader to manage and guide our commercial real estate team. The role involves handling client requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners, monitoring team performance, and supporting the team in closing property sales and leasing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the commercial real estate team in daily activities.
- Understand client requirements for office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client needs and budgets.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and business clients.
- Monitor team members' leads, follow-ups, site visits, and deal progress.
- Assist the team in negotiations and commercial property transactions.
- Support commercial property sourcing, onboarding, and listing activities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Help the team achieve sales, leasing, and business development targets.
- Resolve client concerns and support team members in handling challenges.
- Prepare regular updates on team performance and business activities.
- Take responsibility for important client enquiries and support deals through closure.

Skills Required
- Valuable leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate sales and leasing.
- Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor performance and achieve business targets.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru commercial property market is an advantage.
