Position: Commis 2 – Continental

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Complete assigned mise en place and food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.
- Follow proper food storage and FIFO practices.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient handling.
- Support the kitchen team during service.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a Continental kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Valuable understanding of hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
