About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We provide professional property solutions across residential and commercial real estate.

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support our commercial real estate activities. The role involves understanding client requirements, finding suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners and clients, arranging property visits, and supporting the team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements for commercial properties.
- Find suitable office spaces, shops, showrooms, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Contact clients and property owners regarding available properties.
- Coordinate property visits with clients and owners.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Assist with commercial property sales and leasing activities.
- Support the team in property sourcing and onboarding.
- Maintain updated property and client information.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handling of enquiries.
- Assist in negotiations and deal closure.
- Build good relationships with clients and property owners.
- Work towards assigned business and performance targets.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to learn about commercial real estate.
- Target-oriented and positive approach.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru's commercial property market is an advantage.
