Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive with experience in the electrical contracting industry. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, commercial coordination, and contract compliance for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:Billing & Invoicing:

- Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills based on site progress and contract terms.
- Coordinate with the project/site team for measurement sheets and work completion certificates.
- Follow up with clients for billing approvals and timely payment collection.
- Maintain records of invoices, payment status, and billing-related correspondence.

Commercial Coordination:

- Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and rate analysis for tenders or change orders.
- Work closely with the procurement and accounts team to track purchase orders, delivery notes, and material usage.
- Monitor project budgets vs. actuals and report any deviations.
- Verify subcontractor bills and ensure alignment with work done and agreed terms.

Contracts Administration:

- Review client contracts, purchase orders,



and work orders to extract commercial and technical terms.
- Track contract deliverables, timelines, and variations.
- Maintain a database of contract documents, amendments, and approvals.
- Coordinate with the legal and management teams to ensure clarity and compliance with contract terms..

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Working knowledge of electrical project billing formats and terms (RA bills, BOQ, etc.)
- Familiarity with government/PSU/private sector billing processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills; experience with any project billing software is a plus.
- Good understanding of GST, basic taxation, and statutory compliance related to billing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Com is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical contracting or construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
