Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of collectors to achieve monthly targets for loan recoveries, NPAs, and other debts.
- Conduct field collections from borrowers' premises, negotiate repayment plans, and implement recovery strategies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in debt management processes.
- Develop reports on collections performance, identifying areas of concern and providing recommendations for optimization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in debt collection or related field (NBFC).
- Robust knowledge of debt management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent writing skills with ability to draft legal documents such as letters of demand or notices.
