Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage the follow-up and collection of pending health insurance claim payments from hospitals, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). The role involves tracking outstanding claims, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on pending health insurance claims with hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs.

- Track outstanding claims and maintain accurate collection records.

- Coordinate with hospital billing teams and insurance representatives to resolve payment delays.

- Identify reasons for pending payments and take necessary follow-up actions.

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure timely claim settlements.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on collections, pending claims, and outstanding amounts.





- Update claim status and follow-up details in the company's software platform.

- Meet assigned collection targets and support the reduction of outstanding claim amounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate with good communication and follow-up skills.

- 1–3 years of experience in collections, payment follow-ups, healthcare billing, or insurance claims preferred.

- Knowledge of health insurance claims, hospital billing, TPA processes, or revenue cycle management (RCM) is an advantage.

- Valuable negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

- Ability to handle multiple pending claims and meet collection targets.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
