Pearl HR Services is organizing a Mega Walk-in Drive and we are urgently hiring for 350 Collection Callers. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-collections and are looking for a lucrative career growth chance, this is the perfect drive for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, promises to pay (PTP), and payment statuses in the system.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines during all calls.

Salary Structure (In-Hand):

- Non-DRA Candidates:



17,000 18,500 per month
- DRA Certified Candidates: 19,000 20,000 per month

Candidate Profile & Eligibility:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of mandatory experience in a collections voice process.
- Age Limit: Maximum up to 35 years.
- Skills: Computer knowledge with excel, Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Certification: DRA certification is highly preferred and attracts a higher salary bracket, but non-DRA candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Education: 12th and 6 month of Experience of Collection calling
