Job Opening in Madhuvan Dealers (NBFC)

Location: Powai

Designation: Collection Executive

Salary range between 35,000 to 40,000 in hand per month

Role and Responsibilities

- Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. Contact customers through phone calls, field visits, and other approved communication channels for payment follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection/recovery targets. Understand customer payment issues and negotiate suitable repayment solutions within company policies.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on overdue and delinquent accounts. Ensure accurate and timely updating of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment status in the system.
- Conduct field visits, wherever required, for customer follow-up and payment collection. Identify high-risk or difficult-to-collect accounts and escalate them to the reporting manager.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Credit, Customer Service, and Legal for resolution of collection-related issues. Maintain skilled relationships with customers while handling difficult or sensitive situations.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and share regular collection reports and daily activity updates with the reporting manager.
