Job Requirement – Collection Executive (Two-Wheeler Vehicle Finance)

Experience: 1–2 years in collections, preferably in two-wheeler vehicle finance or NBFC

Locations: As per requirement

Job Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for overdue EMI payments.

Handle delinquent accounts and NPA recovery.

Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and follow-up.

Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure timely EMI collections.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Maintain collection records and submit daily reports to the reporting manager.

Coordinate with branch teams to reduce overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.

Candidate Requirements





Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collections or recovery, preferably in vehicle finance.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field collection activities.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required, as applicable to the location.

Knowledge of local areas and languages is an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience, plus performance-based incentives.
